Learn to make your own pizza dough and tomato passata. Prepare your own toppings and cook your masterpiece in the wood fired oven. Ingredients are sourced from the best local and imported produce and cheeses. Enjoy your pizza with classmates over lunch complemented by salads picked from our gardens, and if you still have room, enjoy one of Penny’s meringues with cream and berries or other delicious cakes with seasonal ingredients. Finish off with a great coffee from our Wega espresso machine. Includes a bottle of Hart’s Farm Cider with lunch and a bottle of Harts Farm Extra Virgin Olive Oil to take home with you. This premium oil is produced from the frantoio, leccino and pendolino olives in our olive grove. We also tour the gardens and enjoy a short chat about cider, olives and olive oil.
