Penny has has been rather obsessed with food and cooking for over thirty years. While living for a few years in the United States, she worked in the kitchen of a highly regarded caterer, which was a fabulous learning experience. On returning to Australia and while living in Sydney for a year, she started a small business providing tarts and cakes to the local cafes. Since returning to Melbourne in the ’90s she has been waiting for the chance to start up a cooking business again. Now finally, with a big kitchen and more, a wonderful view and home grown produce she can cook to her heart’s content.
Hart’s Farm Kitchen complies with appropriate food handling standards and is registered with the Environmental Health Department of Mornington Shire.
