Dear Penny thank you for a wonderful stay. Your place is just magical.
George proposed on the patio so this place will always have a special meaning in our hearts.

Thank you so much for the most relaxing weekend we have ever had. You have created the most amazing environment to enable us to stop for a while, enjoy the fabulous food and your company. The pizza making experience was great fun.

Thanks so much for a wonderful stay. Your cooking was a real highlight – especially the mezze platter. We loved relaxing on the day bed and look forward to returning.

Delightful retreat to relax, recharge and return to Melbourne refreshed and revitalised.
Warm, comfortable and cosy. Memorable getaway!

Arrived in the dark in the pouring rain to be warmly welcomed by Penny.
She had prepared a delicious meal – Chicken Pie, Almond and Lemon tart. We soon relaxed in our luxurious surroundings. The bed is the most comfortable we have ever slept in and at our age we have slept in some beds. Could have stayed for ever.
Best wishes Malcolm and Robyn
A delectable way to spend our wedding anniversary. So very luxurious and peaceful. Thank you so very much !

This was the most perfect place to stay at our wedding weekend. Being able to have a family attend the day after for a barbecue was fantastic, they also loved the property as much as we did! We look forward to returning on the anniversary .

Lynda: A lovely weekend and if your guests don’t eat here — their loss!!. A lovely stay
PS I’m going home to make fig and polenta cake.
Angus and Katie: thank you for the perfect night away! What you have created here is gorgeous – the whole experience, aesthetic and the food — aahhhh ..the food! Our platter last night was so incredibly delicious and we are currently half way through our breakfast. The fig and yoghurt combination is to die for… Thanks and we would love to be back sometime..
Nai: Thank you so very much forlooking after G.. before the wedding! We had a lovely night and a beautiful breakfast and bath !!! Lovely
Ken: Thank you for providing the perfect context for an ideal and idyllic retreat. Hart’s Farm is a revelation, as is that bathtub ..absolutely amazing. Serene views and tasteful touches abound; your exquisite attention to detail and delicious breaksfast provisions were greatly appreciated.. We’ll definitely be back ( and we’re telling our friends!)
Dimitra: Happy New Year to you ! What an oasis! From the olive groves, the serenity, the horses, vegie gardens, the gourmet and farm fresh food… to the haven – the B and B! Your generosity, attention to detail and passion for a healthy life is to be admired. Thanks for everything, especially bringing some perspective into our lives into 2012.
Monique: Thanks Penny for a gorgeous stay. All your luxurious furninshings and beautiful, thoughtful touches made it feel really special. We loved the peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The day bed is the BEST – absolutely the most delicious spot to snuggle up and watch the wild winter weather or read books. We now feel refreshed to go back to our busy life with our little toddler. Will definitely recommend it!
Catherine: Thank you for sharing beautiful Hart’s Farm – we had the most perfect 2 nights in your B &B and can’t wait to come back. Penny – your cooking is heavenly – as is your pizza Graeme!
Susan: Extremely peaceful-it’s like our own private cocoon but with glorious views from everywhere in the room! Fabulous bed, yummy breakfast, amazing outlook, all mod cons – and so tastefully created. How could one wish for more when we can get a “refresh and rest” that looks like this so close to Melbourne – not us…we’ll be back
